How do I track my order?
A tracking number is provided for all orders!

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
To track your parcel, just contact us by email [email protected] Xcpad will check your order and send you the tracking number as soon as possible.

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?
Xcpad have a large assortment of products not stocked in the warehouse when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!

Is there free delivery?
Yes! Xcpad do free delivery for every single purchases over $60 – that’s before discount.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Xcpad are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes (or, more accurately, carriers refuse to deliver to P.O. Boxes).

RETURN POLICY & FAQs

Can I do an exchange?
Yes! Xcpad allow exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase with a valid proof of purchase and packaging intact. Exchange to be done in our showroom.

Can I cancel the items purchased?
If you change your mind before you have received your order, Xcpad are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If the unthinkable happens and, by some chance, your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service immediately
How much time do I have to check my package for damage?
Please check your package as soon as you receive it. While time allowances for reporting damage vary from vendor to vendor, part of a standard shipping agreement is that orders that arrive via freight must be checked at delivery. Moreover, the earlier you report any issue you find, the better able Xcpad will be to assist you in resolving it.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Xcpad use FedEx Economy services for international shipping and USPS for USA orders.
International: 12-20 business days
USA: 6-12 business days

Where are your products shipped from?
Our Products are shipped from our warehouse in USA and Japan.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes! If you are not happy with xcpad LLC, or simply need a replacement please contact us for support. Xcpad are focused on the satisfaction of our customers and will work with you to make sure you are happy!

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once a shipping label for your purchase has been created, you will receive an email with both the invoice and tracking number.

Do I need to pay for cutsoms and import fee?
Customs and import taxes and charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, and xcpad LLC will not be held responsible for any fees incurred! Please check your country’s regulations before ordering if you are unsure. Due to the pandemic Xcpad can only ship to country’s that are accepting international mail at this time, this list can change at any time and if Xcpad are unable to ship to your location Xcpad will contact you.

PRODUCT FAQs

Are these dishwasher and microwave safe?
No. They are neither dishwasher nor microwave safe.

To clean the steel base use soapy water or window cleaner on the top (vinyl) and clean water on the gel. Allow to air dry.

Can the cup coaster protect the table?
For one, you can grab your drink and move it by just dragging it to where you want it and you won’t scratch anything. Also, nothing pools on these and you won’t get water marks like on slate. They look very nice and actually match the slate inlay in coffee table quite well. so they don’t scratch the top of table where you usually keep them.

Why is there a smell on my products?
Screen and pad printed products are printed with inks that must evaporate to dry. The ink will dry but there may be a residual odor from the vapors. This odor, if detectable, is harmless and is not considered a defect. Xcpad do not refund or reprint an order due to residual odor.
