HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?

A: If a customer would like to return the item Xcpad only accept the return of items if they meet all of following conditions:
• Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
• In original condition
• Unwashed and Unworn
• In the original packaging
After contacting our supports and receive our response, please do exactly the following instructions:
• Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email.
• Go to the local post office, or another courier, to ship the package to the address Xcpad offered you.
Please provide us the tracking number from the post office or couriers
You will receive an email as soon as Xcpad received your items. Xcpad will also send you another email to notify you if Xcpad approve or reject to refund in your case.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 30 calendar days of your purchase. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition. The box should not go beyond the original size which is mentioned in a listing.
Funds will be refunded to the original payment method used during purchase. For credit card payments please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged, or the buyer has initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, the buyer will not be eligible for a refund.
In case when a customer receives a damaged or defective product, Xcpad will ask you to send us pictures of the item’s condition via email in order to analyze the situation.
HOW TO DEAL WITH DAMAGES AND ISSUES?
Xcpad encourage all customers to inspect their order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that Xcpad can evaluate the issue and make it right. All you need to do is send an email to [email protected]
HOW ABOUT RETURN SHIPPING COST?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
In addition, Xcpad will withhold 10% restocking fee and original shipping cost. If the box was opened, the item was not used, the recipient will be charged 20% restocking fee, and original shipping cost. The return shipping will be recipient’s responsibility. All of the issues with our items have to be reported to us within 48 hours after receiving the package, Xcpad will cover the shipping cost. If the issue was reported after 48 hours, it is recipient’s responsibility to cover shipping cost to us. An item must be shipped back to us within 7 days after receiving a return label, otherwise shipping costs and fees will apply.
CAN I EXCHANGE FOR SWITCHING SIZE/COLOR OF THE PRODUCT?
Xcpad offer exchange smaller or bigger size than the original one of your items). In this case, you will only have to pay shipping fee and handling fee, Xcpad will notice you about this total fee.

●Please allow 3-5 days to process your return/exchange after the item is received by our Returns Department. Original shipping charges however are not refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
● All returns MUST include the manufacturer’s original packaging. If ALL original packaging is not with a return, Xcpad will NOT accept your return and you will be liable for the shipping costs back to you.
● Please ensure you have the right address prior to committing to your order. Packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses or refused, will bear a minimum of a 20% restock fee. Shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear after the product returns.
