Return/Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any non-sale items within 30 days of purchase for a refund. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All items must be undamaged, undamaged and still have labels attached. Please email us to request a return authorization. In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Return and exchange shipping charges are borne by the customer. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a courier company that allows you to track your package. We are not responsible for lost packages. Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund. Store credit will be issued within 10 days of receipt of the package. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange to reach you may vary.

Only regular priced items can be returned, unfortunately specials cannot be returned.
Exchange
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us.
Lost package?
If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you.
Once proof of delivery is generated, we will not be responsible for the package.
We will not be responsible for lost or stolen deliveries once the package is in possession of the carrier.
