Note: For the successful delivery, Xcpad ask you to provide us exact and valid shipping address and contact details at the time of your order, including phone number and email address! For example, if a customer enters an incorrect address, and the items being shipped were returned to the sender, then the customer will be charged another $9.99 to have the item(s) reshipped back to the customer.
When would you process my order?
Order processing will not begin until Xcpad receive a confirmed order and full payment reflected in our bank account. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Orders placed after 5 pm are only processed the following. Please note shipping time does not include our processing time stated above.
How do I track my order?
A tracking number is provided for all orders!
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
To track your parcel, just contact us by email [email protected]. Xcpad will check your order and send you the tracking number as soon as possible.
Do I need to pay for cutsoms and import fee?
Customs and import taxes and charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, and xcpad LLC will not be held responsible for any fees incurred! Please check your country’s regulations before ordering if you are unsure. Due to the pandemic Xcpad can only ship to country’s that are accepting international mail at this time, this list can change at any time and if Xcpad are unable to ship to your location Xcpad will contact you.
I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?
Xcpad have a large assortment of products not stocked in the warehouse when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!
Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong.
Throughout the process, Xcpad send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please [email protected] and Xcpad will fix it for you.
